Understanding SOLRAD's token scoring methodology

SCORE OVERVIEW

Each token receives a composite score from 0-100 based on five key components. Higher scores indicate stronger fundamentals and lower risk.

80-100: TREASURE55-79: CAUTION0-54: TRASH

MULTI-SOURCE BONUS (+10 POINTS)

Tokens appearing on multiple data feeds receive a +10 point bonus, indicating broader market attention and increased confidence in the trending signal.

Seen on 2+ sources = +10 points

Single source only = No bonus

Why this matters: Multi-source confirmation suggests genuine market interest rather than isolated promotional activity.

SCORING COMPONENTS

LIQUIDITY DEPTH (25%)

Measures the total liquidity available in the token's trading pools. Higher liquidity means easier entry/exit and lower slippage.

$500K+ liquidity = 100 points

$100K-$500K = 60-80 points

$10K-$100K = 20-60 points

Below $10K = 0-20 points

TRADING VOLUME (25%)

24-hour trading volume indicates market interest and activity. Consistent volume suggests sustained attention.

$2M+ volume = 100 points

$500K-$2M = 60-80 points

$10K-$500K = 20-60 points

Below $10K = 0-20 points

ACTIVITY RATIO (20%)

Volume-to-liquidity ratio and transaction count. Healthy ratios (0.5-3.0) indicate organic trading without wash trading or manipulation.

Optimal ratio (0.5-3.0) + high txns = 100 points

Moderate ratio or low txns = 25-75 points

Extreme ratios (too high/low) = 0-25 points

TOKEN AGE (15%)

Time since pair creation. Older tokens have survived longer and demonstrated staying power. Very new tokens are higher risk.

Over 1 week old = 100 points

1-7 days = 60-80 points

6-24 hours = 30-60 points

Under 6 hours = 0-30 points

HEALTH SCORE (15%)

Evaluates FDV/liquidity ratio, authority status (via Helius), and holder concentration. Identifies potential red flags.

Renounced authorities + good FDV ratio = +50 points

Distributed holders (top holder <30%) = +25 points

Present authorities = -10 points

High concentration (top holder >50%) = -15 points

RISK LABELS

Beyond the numeric score, tokens receive risk labels based on detected patterns:

STRONG

Score 75+ with no major red flags. Good liquidity, healthy activity, and clean authority status.

WATCH

Score 50-74. Decent fundamentals but may have some concerns like moderate holder concentration or present authorities.

HIGH RISK

Score below 50 OR dangerous conditions detected (top holder >70%, extremely low liquidity, very new token with authorities).

DexScreener: Price, volume, liquidity, and pair data for Solana tokens (boosted tokens API)

Helius: On-chain enrichment including holder counts, authority status, and token metadata (top 15 tokens only)

Note: Scoring is deterministic and reproducible. The same data will always produce the same score. Scores update automatically every 10 minutes.
